Šolski center Nova Gorica (Nova Groica School Centre)

Šolski center Nova Gorica is the 3rd biggest VET centre in Slovenia: 2100 VET students of the secondary level, 300 higher VET students, 1100 adult learners, 295 teachers and trainers and other supporting staff, a network of 650 employers. 
ŠCNG offers a wide choice of educational programs and life-long training, active collaboration in innovative work-based learning models, hands-on projects tutored by company mentors or entrepreneurs, modern equipped labs and workshops, FAB Lab-innovative business incubator, co-working spaces, career guidance, international mobilities for learners and staff, and many other activities (hackathons, career markets etc.) that support each learner on their way of discovering and developing their potentials and talents. 
Our main focus is put on developing in line with the needs of the new era society, 4.0 industry with special attention to digitalisation, the transition to green society and economy and in balance with SI and EU smart specialisation strategies.
