Governing board

Our Governing Board is made up of representatives from the EU Member States, the European Commission, and the European Parliament, along with observers from EU candidate countries. It convenes twice a year, normally in Turin.

The Governing Board is chaired by the Director General of the Commission’s Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, and is responsible for adopting our draft annual work programme and budget, subject to the approval of the European Parliament. These documents, as well as other decisions of the Governing Board, are available in the register of documents.

Governing Board members can access here the notice board where all meeting documents and communication are published.
