DARYA thematic module 1 – Monitoring and assessment of education and training outcomes - seeks to use better evidence and analysis and monitoring of education and training outcomes to design forward-looking skills development that will equip young people in Central Asia with more marketable and flexible skills. It aims to support countries in consolidating labour market and skills information systems, support their capacities to employ novel skills identification instruments to be further transposed into career guidance, activation and skills development services and to collect internationally comparative data on employability and school to work transitions. Under this thematic module, the project will explore different skills anticipation instruments as well as how information on skills demand can be used to feed into training and employment measures, in particular for career guidance and labour market transition. Thematic module 1 will cover peer-learning between countries of Central Asia and with European Union countries, capacity development and piloting activities.
