Entrepreneurial learning in vocational education and training in Albania

This report provides an overview of the context against which the development of entrepreneurial learning will take place in Albania. It draws on analyses of a number of national strategic papers, but also on the policy dialogue with key stakeholders that has been implemented in the framework of research activity. In particular, the report presents the background and rationale for entrepreneurial learning. It explores the legal and institutional frameworks and highlights the challenges of policy coordination and implementation. It focuses on secondary school realities and highlights entrepreneurial learning initiatives. Finally it summarises the challenges of entrepreneurial learning as an innovation in Albanian VET policy.
