GLAD online seminar on Osnabrück Declaration – what it is and how it works for Partner Countries of the EU

The Osnabrück Declaration on vocational education and training has been adopted in 2020 by the ministers in charge of vocational education and training of the Member States, the EU Candidate Countries and the EEA countries, the European social partners and the European Commission to enable recovery and just transitions towards digital and green economies. It is for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience; to improve employability and competitiveness and thus stimulate economic growth. How the Declaration works in practical terms and how it can be used at national level; what value it brings – will be discussed in this seminar of the GLAD Network.
