Working life in Moldova

Developed by Eurofound and the European Training Foundation, this paper describes the key characteristics of working life in Moldova. It aims to provide relevant background information on the structures, institutions and relevant regulations regarding working life in the country. This includes indicators, data and regulatory systems on actors and institutions, collective bargaining, industrial action, individual employment relations, pay, working time, health and well-being, skills and training, as well as equality and non-discrimination at work. The paper covers the main legal and institutional developments from 2018 to April 2023.
