The publication follows a meeting jointly organised by Céreq and ETF in March 2004. The meeting gathered experts from France, eastern Europe and central Asia. The French experience on social partnership in initial vocational education and training is presented in the report together with interventions from education and employment experts from Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Russian Federation, Tajikistan and Ukraine.
