
Kyrgyzstan
The ETF has been working in Kyrgyzstan since 1995 to develop education and training to boost employability, increase access to opportunity and promote social cohesion complementing the work of the European Commission and the EU’s External Action Service, including responding to requests from the Delegation of the European Union to Kyrgyz Republic.
The ETF gives support to the Torino Process national team involved in drafting the National Reporting Framework.
Kyrgyzstan is an active member of the Central Asian Education Platform (CAEP) and has taken part in a number of regional working groups, including the working group on evidence-based policy making moderated by the ETF. Regular webinars are delivered on the development of qualification systems in Central Asia.
