AUTHORIZED CERTIFICATION BODIES (ACB’s) STAKEHOLDER WORKSHOP”, 19-21 September 2018, Taksim International Abant Palace, Mudurnu Bolu,Turkey
During this 2,5 day event, representatives of ACBs (Authorised Certification Bodies), VQA (Vocational Qualifications Authority), employers and policy makers will discuss how to sustain the well established and the many new ACBs. How the development of additional ACBs can be more effectively supported and how a network of ACBs can be established that is able to provide effective, mutual support.
The following objectives have been agreed:
review the experience so far, to share good practices, identify and address bottlenecks;
review the experience with accreditation and authorization procedures;
learn from ACB’s operational issues and discuss possible sustainable business Models to explore opportunities for mutual support among ACB’s to support and grow the ACB network;
recommendations of the workshop, by the participating parties, will be presented at the ACB’s conference organized by VQA on December 2018.
