DARYA: From Training Needs to Training Provision

This webinar will explore how professional development for teachers and trainers can be focused on the needs of teachers, trainers and schools or training centres and what might be the benefits of such a focus.  Research carried out by the European Training Foundation (ETF) suggests that more than 50% of teachers and trainers in VET schools believe that the professional training that they are offered is not relevant to their needs.
