The European Training Foundation (ETF) is an equal opportunities employer, which currently employs approximately 130 staff and regularly offers employment opportunities. We also have a limited capacity for a number of traineeships each year.

As an agency of the European Union, the ETF's conditions of employment abide by the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities. The ETF offers fixed-term contracts (three-year 'temporary agent' contracts, and up to five-year 'contract agent' contracts, both with the possibility of renewal), competitive salaries which are free from national taxation, and attractive additional benefits in line with those of European Union civil servants. The ETF also offers an international working environment and possibilities for training and development.
