Torino Process 2018-20: Guidelines
These guidelines for the implementation of the 2018–20 Torino Process – an evidence-based, participatory approach to the analysis of vocational education as a pathway for skills development – in ETF partner countries, provide basic information about the process and an overview of changes from preceding rounds; describe the key deliverables and the reporting framework for their preparation; present the implementation plan and timeline; and provide orientation concerning the choice and use of statistics in support of national reporting.
