Skills for the green transition
To address climate change and promote sustainable development, societies need to transition to low-carbon energy sources, prevent ecological collapse, and enable human development so people can thrive in a green economy. To support the green transition in EU neighbouring countries, the European Training Foundation has assessed their policies and advances in the provision of green skills. This report presents our main findings, recommendations, skills strategies and policies, as well as key trends in two sectors – energy and construction.
