This report is conducted within the framework of the ETF study “Migrant Women as Learners: Individual pathways and prospects”. Its purpose is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the skills and migration profiles of Georgian migrant women, specifically seasonal workers in agriculture and returnees in the care sector. 

The report aims to shed light on their experiences and challenges and make recommendations concerning the skills that are used and those needed.
