Activating regional vocational education and training councils together: The case of Ukraine
This paper provides an example of how to support policy dialogue among national and regional vocational education and training (VET) stakeholders, including social partners, on regulations aimed at activating the professional mandate and mission of regional VET councils. The paper intends to inspire the countries willing to decentralise VET policy making and it provides examples of experience in the field of regional VET councils in three EU Member States (France, Italy and Slovakia) and one ETF partner country (Kazakhstan).
