ETF Network for Excellence: Processes & key practices of Coves for advancing Autonomy & Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
Within the ETF Nework for Excellence (ENE), the initiative on Autonomy and Public-Private Partnerships is organising the on-line event on Processes & Key practices of CoVEs for advancing Autonomy and PPPs: key implications and findings of the study. Country Examples on 9th February 2023 from 10.00 to 11.45 CET.
This event closes a three-year activity in the field, for increasing understanding, as well as providing in-depth and up-to-date knowledge on excellence in building relationships with the private sector.
Partnerships facilitate companies’ role in ensuring that students’ training meets companies’ needs, as students can potentially become their employees. Partnerships also open up research and development possibilities with CoVEs. Furthermore, joint initiatives provide opportunities for image-building and generating positive publicity. Then, how to set up broader collaborations between public and private actors in response to the needs and challenges faced by CoVEs? What process and key practices to put in place?
The webinar will answer those questions by presenting key implications and findings of a recent study conducted by the ETF in the field (see attachment below). Challenges and lessons will be guiding the debate, with the support of countries' examples.
This event also aims to support the future dialogue regarding PPPs between TVET, policy-making bodies and the private sector.
