• The Skills Profile Tool is aimed at citizens of third countries such as Ukraine. It maps people’s skills, qualifications, and work experience, and gives them personalised advice on further steps, e.g., a referral to recognition of diplomas, skills validation, further training, or employment support services. https://ec.europa.eu/migrantskills/#/

• European qualification passport for refugees. https://www.coe.int/en/web/education/recognition-of-refugees-qualifications is a special international tool developed to assess refugee’s qualifications for which there is insufficient or missing documentation.
