Work-based learning: How ready are we? A tool for ETF partner countries

This interactive tool aims at helping ETF partner countries work through the key issues that need to be thought about when introducing or improving work-based learning arrangements as part of vocational education and training. It has been designed to help those who have a stake in work-based learning – employers, vocational school teachers, policy makers in education or labour ministries, leaders of employer associations and employers’ chambers, trade union officials, and members of regional development organisations – to work together in groups to identify issues and barriers that need to be addressed and work out solutions. It can act as a learning tool to deepen stakeholders’ understanding of work-based learning.
