TORINO PROCESS - RUSSIA
This report describes the Russian Federation’s key priorities, challenges and specific actions undertaken to implement VET policy. It focuses on the interaction between the labour market and VET, the access to vocational education for various groups of population and the quality of education, and provides some information on the national qualifications framework. Finally, the report presents the main directions for modernising and further developing the VET system (including the development of social partnerships and a lifelong education system).
