A review of national career development support systems in the Western Balkans
This synthesis draws on the country reports submitted to the ETF by experts from the Western Balkan countries of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia. The country papers were developed in a participatory process through desk research, interviews as well as consultation and validation meetings with all relevant national stakeholders, from ministries to civil society, practitioners, social partners and donors. The synthesis report is informed by the outcomes of this process, and aims to support policy developments in the field of lifelong career guidance policies, systems and services at regional, country and sector level.
