Qualifications frameworks: from concepts to implementation

This study focuses on the practical aspects of developing and implementing qualifications frameworks and their links to qualifications systems. It covers ten very different countries across the world – Australia, Chile, England, France, Kosovo, Malaysia, Morocco, Namibia, Tajikistan and Turkey – and looks at how different contexts influence the development of qualifications, the coordination of systems, the use of qualifications for assessment and certification and learning and cross-cutting issues like communication, quality assurance and resources.
