Adult learning in Albania
This document summarises the results of the 2025 ETF mapping of adult learning legal and institutional arrangements in Albania. It is structured in three main parts, reflecting the analytical framework adopted for this exercise: adult learning strategies and policies; institutional arrangements and governance; and types and forms of provision. The factsheet is intended to serve as evidence supporting the adult learning sector in Albania, and as a foundation for ETF and all stakeholders involved to identify priority areas for possible future actions or policy advice.
