Adult learning in Kosovo

This document summarises the results of the 2025 ETF mapping of adult learning legal and institutional arrangements in Kosovo*. It is structured in three main parts, reflecting the analytical framework adopted for this exercise: adult learning strategies and policies; institutional arrangements and governance; and types and forms of provision. The factsheet is intended to serve as evidence supporting the adult learning sector in Kosovo, and as a foundation for ETF and all stakeholders involved to identify priority areas for possible future actions or policy advice.
