Torino Process 2018-20 launch meeting in the Republic of Moldova

The Republic of Moldova participated in the Torino process since 2010 and in 2016, chose to take full responsibility of the Torino process and produced the report in a self-assessment methodology. In 2019 the idea is to start from this high level of ownership to further improve the scope and usefulness of the Torino Process.
