Innovative learning tools and ideas to bring down the digital gender gap

The Women Economic Forum estimates it will take 140 years to close the gender gap with the current trends, but what about the Digital Gender Gap?

The webinar will present a few digital tools and teaching ideas that have one thing in common: the potential of lowering down the digital gender gap. Female learners are under-represented in STEM subjects and in particular ICT. The webinar, which is mainly addressed to educators and other teaching practitioners, will count with presentations from successful cases of digital tools and approaches to encourage women’s acquisition and use of digital tech and IT skills and will allow time for discussions on what strategies seem to work better for reducing the digital gender divide through digital education.
