How Migration, Human Capital and the Labour Market Interact in Kosovo*

In 2020, it launched a study on migration and its implications for human capital in the Western Balkan countries, undertaken with the support of the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (wiiw). Reports for each of the countries in the region have been elaborated. Each study looked at the triangular relationship between migration, human capital development and labour deployment. Following a common analytical framework of the ETF and wiiw, a draft report “How Migration, Human Capital and the Labour Market interact in Kosovo” is now available.

The objective of this event that will take place on 27 May from 10.00 to 12.30hrs (CET) in Zoom, is to present and discuss the key findings of the draft report with relevant public institutions, research community, civil society and other interest organisations.

The webinar will be held in English, with simultaneous interpretation into Albanian language.
