The future of skills in the energy sector in Egypt - Stakeholder workshop

ETF launched in 2018 the ‘Future of Skills’ project conducting studies on skills needs in economic sectors across countries. In the last few years, the ETF concluded studies in the energy, agri-food, automotive, construction, health and care sectors.

In 2022, ETF is developing, in cooperation with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation - (UNIDO), a study to identify current and future skill needs in the energy sector in Egypt, with the aim of exploring its emerging jobs and skill needs due to technological changes, digitalisation, climate change and policy changes.

The workshop aims at presenting and discussing the preliminary results of the study with experts and policy makers.
