Validation of non-formal and informal learning – Tunisia

Validation of all learning outcomes and competences gained from experience – either at the workplace or as a result of any kind of activities in the private sphere – is a key element for lifelong learning (LLL) to become a reality and for employability to increase. 

This statement is highly relevant for Tunisia where a large number of individuals, in particular manual workers, do not have their various competences and learning outcomes1 recognised by a formal document.
