Piloting of skills anticipation instruments
This section presents the results of the piloting component of the EU-funded DARYA Project, which focused on developing and testing methodologies for skills anticipation in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. These pilot studies demonstrate how tailored approaches can enhance evidence-based policymaking by assessing the effectiveness of vocational education and training (VET) programs, graduate employment trends, enterprise recruitment patterns, workforce dynamics, and the evolving skills demands.
By piloting these methodologies, the project aimed to refine tools that help stakeholders—including policymakers, sector associations, and VET institutions—better anticipate and respond to labour market needs in the face of technological advancements and economic shifts.
This section contains both technical and analytical reports from all pilot projects, offering a comprehensive overview of the research methodology and the results obtained.
