Changing the skills needs in Albania: recent findings from the European Skills and Jobs Survey

The event presented the key findings for Albania gathered through the European skills and jobs survey and discussed main takeaways for policy actions, or new opportunities to expand skills research as well as capacity building in skills intelligence. The findings and analysis are central to ETF’s skills and labour market work in its partner countries, aiming at strengthening skills intelligence and support the twin – digital and green – transitions and consolidation of lifelong learning and employment policies.
