Capacity building in-person event with the following objectives:
Contribute to implementing a system of professional standards, qualification standards, and validation testing of formal and non-formal education in Turkmenistan.
Assess the status of initiatives related to professional standards, qualification frameworks, and validation mechanisms in Turkmenistan, ensuring alignment with national priorities and international best practices.
Provide training for national specialists in Ashgabat, focusing on the development and management of qualification systems
Explore international experiences in labor market analysis, skills forecasting, and the establishment of a unified labor market database to inform evidence-based decision-making.
Foster collaboration between key national institutions, including the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, the Ministry of Education, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure a coordinated approach for successful implementation of the system of professional standards, qualification standards and testing validation of formal and informal education
