AI Adoption in the EU Agencies in the field of Employment

The ETF is pleased to launch the event Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption in EU Agencies in the Field of Employment, bringing together experts and practitioners from across the EU agencies network to explore how AI is transforming the way we work, collaborate and deliver impact.

As AI increasingly shapes labour markets, public services and skills systems, the event will provide a platform to exchange experiences, discuss common challenges and identify opportunities for collaboration in a highly regulated environment.

Building on existing cooperation within the employment cluster and beyond, participants will share practical use cases, lessons learned and governance approaches, while exploring how to move from experimentation to sustainable adoption. Through peer learning and strengthened partnerships, the ETF aims to support a more coherent and strategic uptake of AI across EU agencies, enhancing their capacity to contribute to employment, skills development and inclusive growth.

Objectives

• Exchange practical AI use cases and adoption experiences across EU agencies;
• Identify common challenges, including governance, compliance with the EU AI Act and organisational change;
• Promote collaboration and synergies, including opportunities for shared tools, data and solutions;
• Support the transition from pilot initiatives to scalable and sustainable AI deployment;
• Strengthen agencies’ capacities and readiness to integrate AI into their core activities in the fields of employment and skills.
