Enhancing labour mobility for EU enlargement economies: the role of ESCO

The ETF and the Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC)
Employment and Social Affairs Platform Project 3 (ESAP 3) organised a two-day capacity
building event dedicated to the enlargement economies to explore the use of ESCO.
The event was placed within the context of labour and skills mobility and EU accession efforts in the
area of free movement of workers, notably in relation to EU tools such as EURES and Europass, as
well as recent policy priorities set out in the Union of skills.
