DARYA National capacity building event focused on mechanisms of national qualification system

The event will focus on exploring national qualifications systems’ mechanisms, with particular focus on validation of non-formal and informal learning, with a particular emphasis on the exchange of experiences and best practices from stakeholders from Uzbekistan, Piedmont Region, Italy, and Ireland. Activisation of systemic solutions in validation of non-formal and informal learning are seen as an important instrument for responding to sectoral needs for qualified human capital, both in Uzbekistan and the European Union. Such national and sectoral mechanisms are an important enabler of access to relevant skills in the framework of the European Union Global Gateway initiative.   

Participants from the entire region of Uzbekistan will participate including representatives from NQS institute, sector skills councils and other sectoral stakeholders and several donor projects.
