Active Labour Market Measures for Youth - Kyrgyzstan
The country papers provide an overview of active labour market policies with a particular focus on young people. They examine each country’s economic and labour market context, key youth employment indicators, institutional and governance arrangements, and the range of services and measures used to support young people’s transition into work.
By bringing together evidence on policy design, implementation, effectiveness, challenges and gaps, the papers offer a concise basis for understanding how youth-focused ALMPs in Central Asia are organised and delivered in different national settings. They are intended to support policy dialogue, peer learning and the identification of practical opportunities to strengthen youth employment support.
