Armenia has faced multiple crises in recent years, including conflict-related displacement in 2023, yet remains committed to reform. Education plays a central role in the country’s transformation agenda, with a comprehensive strategy in place up to 2030. Legislative updates and policy frameworks are progressing, focusing on VET, lifelong learning, and labour market alignment. A new employment strategy aims to boost participation among women, youth, and rural populations. EU cooperation, through CEPA and programmes like Erasmus+ and EU4Youth, further supports Armenia’s socio-economic development.
