VET Recommendation and Osnabrück Declaration monitoring

OBJECTIVES:

1. To recap key information about the Osnabrueck process, its potential value for candidate countries, and next steps.
2. To inform participants about the main results of the monitoring of NIPs implementation in 2021 and 2022.
3. For DGVTs and ACVTs, to validate the monitoring outcomes, as reported in the ‘country briefs’, shared ahead of the meeting (during country workshops).
4. To reflect and discuss with participants about enablers and disablers of progress in implementing the NIPs.
