ETF-DVV international joint conference "All Ukrainian forum on adult learning and education"

How to advocate for Adult Learning and Education? How to extend the network of adult education providers? The DVV international together with the ETF will share the cases of Learning Cities in Ukraine in the  Capital of Adult Learning and Education in Ukraine in 2023 - Mykolaiv. 

In all together there are 9 cities in Ukraine that joined the UNESCO Global network of Learning Cities . We will jointly discuss how to become active partners, how to support and accelerate local authorities` and citizens’ engagement in the implementation of the Law on adult education (adopted in January 2023 by the Verkhovna Rada). 

We will also take a look on how to increase the role of lifelong learning and networking between Civil Society Organisations and local administrations (LAs) (and other stakeholders) for sustainable local development.

The hybrid meeting will take place in the Youth Center “Khvylja” of Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
