Validation of non-formal and informal learning – Kyrgyzstan
The validation of non-formal and informal learning (VNFIL) in the Kyrgyz Republic exists in the labour market and is defined as a process of confirmation that an individual has acquired professional competences through non-formal learning and / or in informal setting against a relevant standard for the purpose of obtaining a qualification, which is carried out through an Independent Skills Certification (ISC).
