The European Training Foundation (ETF), in partnership with PMCG, conducted a study to evaluate CSOs' impact on human capital development in Georgia.
The report reflects developments from 2024 and outlines challenges such as financial instability and policy barriers, while identifying opportunities for improvement through collaboration and resource allocation. It emphasizes the importance of CSOs in non formal learning and employment support, advocating for strategic initiatives that foster lifelong learning, social inclusion, and sustainable growth and resilience.
