Training on Youth Guarantee in Montenegro

The training aims to familiarise participants with the Youth Guarantee (YG) in Montenegro, particularly the roles and responsibilities of EAM offices, outreach strategy perspective, and measures and services in place to support NEETs. After completion of the training, participants will be able to:

Fully understand what the Youth Guarantee is, why it is relevant, what the roles of all relevant stakeholders in the YG are, what their own role within the overall framework of the national Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan (YG IP) and national outreach strategy is; 

Explain good practice in the YG, including related to cooperation, coordination and communication in day-to-day work;

Fully understand the practical approach of outreach to NEETs as a learning process and the role of the employment agency therein;

Understand measures and services targeted towards NEETs;

Explain the difference between working with young people and adults;

Plan and implement monitoring to assess progress and effectiveness of activities.

Participants

The relevant participants are: 

1. Representatives of the local offices of the Employment Agency of Montenegro

2. Representatives of the national Youth Guarantee Working Group in Montenegro (Ministries of Labour/ Education/ Youth, Employment Agency, national youth council), as well as international organisations such as ILO, UNICEF and UNDP active in the area of youth education, labour market and social integration
