This second familiarisation webinar of DARYA module 3, is dedicated to the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizen “DigComp”. DigComp supports a shared, comprehensive understanding of digital competences. It maps the knowledge, skills and attitudes citizen need to use digital technologies in a critical, collaborative and creative way in all aspects of life. DigComp can be used in multiple ways, in policy and in practice:

to develop digital competence for a target groups in a specific context

to assess digital competence level, strengths and weaknesses of an individual or a target group

to design teaching and learning experiences for individual learners to develop their digital competences
