A study on the digital competence of general secondary school teachers in Ukraine
This report presents the results of a nationwide study on the digital competence of primary and secondary general education teachers in Ukraine.Based on data from 397 schools and 8,091 teachers, collected through the European Commission’s SELFIE for Teachers self-reflection tool, it analyses teachers’ digital competence, including AI literacy, at national and regional levels.The report promotes an innovative methodology, beyond traditional surveys, to capture teachers’ needs and support their professional development agency.The report concludes with policy messages to inform evidence-informed teacher professional development.
