The Solar School Project is equipping young people aged 18-30 with the skills, confidence and hands-on experience to build successful careers in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

The project
The Solar School Project, led by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality with funding from the European Union and in collaboration with the Çanakkale University and the Turkish Employment Agency, is a programme dedicated to young people aged 18-30 currently outside education, employment and training (NEETs). Through a blend of online learning, practical solar panel workshops and employment coaching, this initiative gives them a chance to (re)start their professional journeys and contribute to a greener future.
