Partnerships for change
The ETF’s communication campaign in April 2022 focuses on ‘partnerships for change’.
We explore the essentials for successful partnerships for education and skills development and reform.
We examine the various forms of partnership, such as multisectoral, public-private partnerships or public-private civic, for example.
Networks for partnerships and reform
We create networks to foster partnerships that enhance mutual learning and expertise in partner countries in the EU’s neighbouring regions, Recent activities include the creation of the ENE network connecting centres of vocational excellence, supporting smart specialisation strategies in local communities, the ETF’s recently launched GLAD network which supports partnerships and enhances the contribution of multiple stakeholders to the governance of vocational education and training, skills development and lifelong learning. We have also undertaken a number of studies into the importance of civil society in governance arrangements in all our partner regions for the development of human capital especially given their operational capacity and resilience at times of crises.
ETF partnerships creating synergies
