ETF policy briefings are a means for the ETF to contribute to international knowledge in the field of human capital development and to reflect on what we know.
The topics for policy briefings:

are relevant to the global discourse on human capital development;

link to the ETF’s experience and knowledge;

include aspects of new knowledge;

are timely;
-
ensure that they link to the ETF mission statement and core business;

indicate the ETF’s position and/or approach;
-
target policy makers;
- usually be based on information from ETF projects
