For the purchase of goods and services, the ETF ensures competition according to the rules governing the European public bodies. This process is known as a "call for tender" (CFT).

Every year, by 31st March, the ETF publishes an annual procurement plan listing all tenders foreseen in the coming year (on the right-hand side in this page).

Open Tenders (value above 135,000€)

All tenders launched by the ETF with a value exceeding 135,000 € are published in the Official Journal and can also be found at the Open Tenders page here.

Calls for Tenders between15,000 and 60,000€

For calls for tenders in the range between 15,000 and 135,000€, the ETF follows a negotiated procedure and consults candidates by invitation.

A list of forthcoming negotiated procedure is contained in the annual procurement plan that you can find listed on the right hand in this page. Please note that tenders in this contract value range may be organised at short notice and therefore the annual procurement plan is updated and published on a monthly basis.

If you are interested in participating in any of the negotiated procedures planned for this year, you are kindly requested to send an email to the ETF Procurement Team providing the following information:

- Name and address of the individual/company
- Exact reference to the call for tenders you are interested in
- Business area in which you are involved and a short description of the activities you/your company is carrying out being of relevance for the call for tenders you are interested in.

Please note that the receipt of emails by interested parties does not oblige the ETF to invite the party to the calls for tender that might be launched.

Calls for Expression of Interest

A Call for Expression of Interest (CEI) is a method for establishing a longlist of potential service providers, who may be invited to future tendering procedures.

There are no open calls for expression of interest at the moment.
