Wprn: WP14-30-12

The Communities of Practice follow on from the training programmes implemented by the ETF during 2011-2013 as part of the ETF’s School Development Initiative. The purpose of the meeting in Dushanbe is to share expertise on practices that contribute to vocational school development. At the 1st national meeting, participants identified topics where valuable ideas and practices could be explored. In the 2nd national meeting participants will review how they have been able to work on the topics they identified and to consider how future work could be undertaken. The aim of the meeting is to use the expertise of participants to develop specific tasks which can contribute to professional and institutional development. The meeting will also discuss how the results of these tasks could be shared at a practical level between participants across the country. The meeting will also consider ways in which valuable lessons can be passed on to national authorities and possible experiences that could be shared across the region with colleagues from other countries.
