The objectives of the workshop are :
-Making charter stakeholders in MED countries (ministries, state agencies, business associations) familiar with human capital policy guidelines included in the Euro-Med Charter for Enterprise and explain the evaluation grid so that they can evaluate progress using the commonly defined indicators and levels of performance.
-Explaining the MED charter stakeholders how they can select and describe good practices in the Euro-Med database and how they can improve their performance by sharing good practises.
-PresentIng existing training material (included in the list of on-line tools with a view to facilitating use of training material in the countries.
