Special emphasis will be given to measures that address the pre-departure of emigrants and re-integration of returnees. Case studies will be presented on the entrepreneurship support to returnees, circular/ seasonal migration schemes, labour market reintegration of returnees and job information systems for potential migrants.
In addition to the case studies, part of the seminar will be dedicated to the presentation of the first preliminary results of the ETF surveys in Armenia and Georgia, with a special focus on returnees.
